What are you looking at, down there? Oh its your phone, hah?
I am sure you are used to looking at your phone a lot during the day and No, I am not going into the negatives of that, in this article.

- Don’t Consume Caffeine Late in the day because the caffeine helps you wake up which means that it won’t let you sleep properly at Night. Hence, avoid caffeine in the evening or at night time.
- Increase Bright Light Exposure during the Day and Reduce the Blue Light exposure in the evening / Night. Put your phone aside and don’t use it when the Lights of your room are switched off. Using a phone in the dark is gonna hurt your eyesight plus it is eating your Sleep time as well.
- You must put all of your Digital devices away at least 30 minutes before going to bed… I recommend that you put your Phone on a Table far away from your bed because I know that sometimes you want to grab your Cellphone again and again… But if you place it far away, you will have to get up and reach the table to grab your cellphone… Getting up is a resistance and a Barrier that is surely gonna Help.
- Maintain Room Temperature at 60 – 67 Degree Fahrenheit because that’s considered to be the ideal temperature. Lowering your body’s temperate before going to bed is proven to give you a Baby sleep.
- Make a Routine. Sleep at 10, Wake-up at 5 (etc)
- Check your Mattress. Make sure that your Pillows, Bed, and Mattress are Comfortable
10: Cheating on yourself.

Look, don’t take me wrong here but most of the people that you are following are either dressing up like a sausage or they are wearing extremely oversized clothes. Yeah, that’s what they are showing on the popular media platforms.
You have improved a lot in terms of dressing up and matching colors of the clothing items (I appreciated you for that at the start of the article as well), but what I’ve seen in these few days is the thing that has been bothering me.
You have selected an idol that isn’t who you should be picking. My recommendation would be to go with the guts and take the color inspiration only from the internet. Or maybe do the research on the new clothing items as well but when it comes to the fit (especially) you must stick to the moderation (a little towards the lose-fitting side).
Don’t just follow somebody blindly thinking that their recommendations are going to make you look dope AF. Use your brain, look into the mirror and take suggestions from people around you. They are the ones who are going to give you better feedback. Blindly following anyone (no matter who he is) is a stupid decision for sure.
12: You never wear a Perfume

Look, I get it. I know that you shower on the daily basis but that alone isn’t a strong enough point.

But wait! before you apply your fragrance coming right out of the shower because there is this thing called moisturizer and I am sure that you know about it and the benefits of it as well. If you first apply moisturizer on your skin and then gently rub some amount of Vaseline over it… The intensity and timing of your Fragrance increases!… Ok… Picture this. You want your Fragrance to last longer and you are wondering what to do to get that done… It’s really simple. What you need to do is that,…. Once you are done showering, apply a good-quality moisturizer. It makes your skin feel amazing and then what you gonna wanna do is that you need to apply a small amount of Vaseline Petroleum Jelly on your Pulse Points… And finally, Apply the Fragrance.
“Apply Fragrance when your Pores are Open”…
Gentlemen! Open Pores Suck because they increase the chances of Dirt, bacterias, and Pollution entering your Skin which ultimately ends up making your skin uglier and unhealthy. I am sure you don’t want that, Right?. However, what if I told you that Those Open pores could be highly beneficial for you as well when it comes to Smelling Good? Look. Just the way open pores welcome dirt and pollution, the same way when you apply fragrance over open pores, your body’ ability to absorb that cologne increases too, Which means, more scent will be soaked in, which ultimately makes it damn sure that you are gonna smell good for longer period of time.
