You kind of start taking your hair for granted, like, yes, they are there. Although they look great at the end of the day, you have this one thing in your mind…”Yes! They are there and ok”.

Because you haven’t developed a strong bond with your hair, you have not been taking enough care of your hair.

Ok, maybe your hairstyle is good but it is boring. You’ve been rocking it since forever and due to that, you’ve lost that special bond that a person needs to have with his hair.

But trust me on this, it ain’t the case in real life. It is just inside your head. You, my friend, need to take care of yourself properly. Like, for instance, you for sure want to have a head full of healthy hair. Right?

Well, then why are you not properly washing out the product that is in your hair? Be it oil, hair spray, clay, or even the hair cleaning products like shampoo and conditioner?

It hurts me to the core when boys purchase the best shampoos out there but they fail to make the most out of it by letting them stay in their hair. Guys! You need to spend enough time in the shower to make sure that your hair is washed properly. There should be no shampoo, conditioner, hair product (clay, oil, etc) left in your head as that can cause damage to your hair resulting in hair loss which you definitely won’t like much.

I get you. You told me already that you were getting late but this thing that you are doing with your hair is completely insane.

You are blow-drying your hair every single day and, ok, it ain’t a bad thing at all. I mean, you deserve to look great and hair makes a good part of it. But are you using something to protect your hair from excessive heat damage? I am sure you aren’t.

Guys! You need to use some sort of heat protectant. I would advise you to use Aragon Oil as it not only protects your hair from damage but it also nourishes your hair providing the much-needed nutrients.

That said, if you are not blow-drying your hair, does that mean you are doing the best that you can to maintain the health of your hair? Probably not.

I mean, I have seen you drying your hair aggressively. And one just can’t expect their hair to look good with the kind of treatment that you do to them.

Ali, you are being a little too aggressive. Those strands are very delicate and the way you dry your hair is probably one of the reasons why you don’t have healthy hair. You are the reason why your hair is breaking.

Do you want to stop all of that? Well then be gentle when drying your hair. And that alone should bring good improvement.

Plus, I have been told that you stress over the things that are too little. Like, a normal human being would simply ignore those things but not you. You, my friend, are just too much into it.

Ahhh! Things are getting very intense. Your stress is causing a lot of problems. It is the reason why your hair falls. And trust me or not but this excessive stress is one of the reasons why you are not able to enjoy your life to the fullest.

Guys! Whatever it is that pops up in life, just relax, and try your best to do what you possibly can to solve the problem. And if you can’t then guess what? It is completely fine. Just let it be. Smile and move on. Nobody is perfect anyways.

Hair products when left in your hair can stop your hair from growing. It may also cause hair loss in extreme cases and you should make the best that you can to avoid that scenario.

A great solution for all of these problems is to take a shower before you go to bed. Doing that will not only clean your hair, and your entire body, but will also ensure that you are going to end up sleeping like a baby, completely relaxed.

8: Avoiding the power of supplements.

You need hair food (we will talk about it in the next point) but along with that, you need supplements too. Supplements have the power to rejuvenate your hair and nourish them by providing the nutrients that you might not be able to get from your food.

Multivitamins and supplements like Biotin are what you need to have healthy hair. But first, you need to have a chat with your physician because I don’t want you to get in any sort of trouble.

Give your physician a call, and discuss this whole thing with him. I am sure he will guide you better.

9: Ignoring the importance of food.

Eggs are a great source of protein & biotin. Spinach plays an important role in strengthening your hair. Nuts, seeds, fatty fish, sweet potatoes, and berries, also play a very crucial role in improving the health of your scalp and making your hair look healthy.

Are you eating these foods? I am sure you are but do you take care of your diet the way you should. Most of the guys eat just whatever is cooked in their home. But it should not be like that.

You need to have the proper education about your hair because it is necessary if you want to take your hair game to the next.

Eat for your hair, eat to improve the quality of your skin because you deserve it. Fruits, Leafy green vegetables, help prevents hair loss. I am sure you don’t want hair loss to happen. Right?

You are not visiting your barber often. I told you already that you need to visit your barber at least once every three weeks. But Nah, you decided to skips a month and that isn’t fair. Trust me, boy, you are not being fair with your hair.

There are a lot of split ends that need to be dealt with. You need to go to the barber as he will cut these split ends. Why do you need to get rid of these ends? Because split ends travel through your hair and if they reach the scalp, they end up destroying that particular strand. And you for sure don’t want that to happen.

So it’s always a good idea to let the barber do his job by visiting him every 3 weeks.

The more the blood circulation, the better are the chances of you seeing healthy hair growth. Why? Because more blood means better scalp which then leads to a better quality of hair.

You don’t need anything literally. All you need to do is to wash your hands. Moisturize them as well (it isn’t related to the massage part obviously).

Once everything settles down, start massaging your scalp gently. Get deep in there to make sure that you are covering every little part of your head. Massage in the circular form, covering the entirety of your head. That’s it.

Doing this same thing on the daily basis for a whole month is going to show you prominent results. You are going to start seeing better hair growth, and the quality of your hair will be improved as well.

Such bad news. Isn’t it?

But you should not worry about that. Smoking is great. Right? It is cool as well. The disgusting smell that comes out of your hair, and your entire body as well, is super perfect. Right?

It is a bad idea to quit smoking because by doing that, you are going to increase the personality score of yours, taking yourself a 5/10 to a solid 9/10 in no time.

But who needs that. Right? All you need is a cool persona and an image of you smoking cigarettes, looking dope AF.

Fake. All of that is fake that was shown to you on TV. Now they are saying the truth. Smoking kills. It was once glamorized and they knew that they did it all very wrong. So yeah, just stop smoking if you want to stay good-looking for the years to come. Rest is all your choice.

You know what I am trying to say. Don’t you? The hair products that you have been using are not worth it. They are just too greasy and although they might hold your hair in place they aren’t good for the quality of your hair in the longer run.

The same goes for the drug store shampoos, conditioners, etc.

Guys! If it is about your hair, skin, health, etc, then you need not stop your hands from taking the money out and handing it over at the counter. I am not saying that you need to buy the most expensive product but at least it shouldn’t have any toxic ingredient in it plus it should be made for the hair type that you have, for you to enjoy the results that you desire along with the quality of hair that you deserve.
