Hey Guys! Welcome to 2021. I hope you all are doing good, staying safe, and having fun as well. I Do understand that last year was not that good. Chances are that you’ve developed certain bad habits which you want to quit (we shall talk about that in some other article so don’t worry). Today, we shall discuss some unique habits for a healthy, Successful, and Sexier 2021!
These are the habits to start in 2021. And I am sure that if you incorporate these habits in yourself then you are definitely going to see a huge change in your life. Not to mention, the change is going to be very positive!
I’ve done my research and after Horus digging deep into the pool of beneficial habits, I’ve gathered a list of 16 habits. Some of these are destined to make you successful. Others will help you in becoming healthy and then comes the habits that will make you SEXIER!
Do you want a Successful 2021? Tell me, Bros! Do you want a Healthy 2021? Ahh! I am definitely sure that you want a Sexier 2021 with yourself looking more handsome than ever before! Right?
So without any further ado, let’s hop straight into the list of healthy habits to start in 2021. Shall we?

- Wake up 1-2 hours early
- Automate your Hair Sexiness (by developing this habit)
- Consistency (this is going to change your life for the greater good)
- Negotiate (never purchase anything without negotiation)
- Sleep 1 extra hour (makes you healthier, sexier, and successful as well)
- Develop a Proper Skincare Routine and make a Habit to follow the routine
- Be the first one to network
- Think twice before taking a step
- Forget the negative memories
- Learn to say YES
- Make yourself as independent as you can
- Never leave your house when you don’t have a fragrance on
- A day out with your friends (every week)
- But make sure not to hang out with the losers
- 40 Minutes of Fast Walk, Jogging or Running every day
- Write it down before you do it

Alright, Lets dig deep into each of these habits now. Shall we?
1: Wake Up 2 Hours Early
First, one in the list of Healthy Habits to Start in 2021/Habits for a Healthy, Successful, and Sexier 2021 is “Waking up 2 hours early”. But why?
If you are somebody who wakes up at 5-6 in the morning then this habit isn’t for you. However, if you are like Ali, who wakes up at 8 and when he does, he is already getting late, runs towards the bathroom to throw some water on his water, change his clothes, and runs towards his office/university, then you need to develop this habit ASAP.
What good this habit is going to bring into your life?
By waking up 2 hours early (instead of waking up at 8, wake up at 6), you will have much more time to relax, meditate and offer your prayers (if you want to).
All of these things are known to boost your mood and we still have a lot of time left. I guess it’s 6:30 on the clock. You still have 1.5 hours which you can utilize productively and get brilliant results in return.
Assign these hours to your assignment, maybe to the research or whatever you think needs to be done. We’ve already talked about the fact that your mind is quite relaxed and charged both at the same time. So you are going to end up doing more work in these 1.5 hours than any other 1.5 hours in the rest of the day.
- You will be more productive
- Your rest of the day will be pleasant because you will be proud of yourself for completing the pending tasks
- Doing this same exact thing every single day can make you more successful (In case you are assigning that extra time to do some work related to this new business of yours)
- And if you are training or working out at this time then you can end up becoming healthier than before
- Sexier as well!
In short, the choice is open in front of you. All you need to do is develop this habit of waking up 2 hours early and have your mind relaxed. Once done, pick something that needs to be done. Thats it. Keep doing this same exact thing every single day and you, my friend, will become a better version of yourself (healthier, sexier, or successful, depending on the work that you’ve assigned to that extra time).
2: Automate Your Hair Sexiness
This is one of my favorite habits that can help you become sexier than ever before.
Alright, so all you need to do some research and then set a reminder on your mobile phone every 2-3 weeks.
Find the right haircut
I am talking about doing the research to find the right barber for your hair. First of all, you need to define your needs and wants. What kind of hairstyle do you need? Once you’ve done the research and picked the hairstyle that best suits your face shape and facial features, you need to save some photos with models/men rocking that hairstyle.
Find the right barber
Till this point, we’ve identified the hairstyle that we want. Now comes the barber research. Which barber/hairstylist should you go with? One way is to randomly pick the best salons around, visit there and try out each of the barbers. But this will take a lot of time, months will be consumed and chances are that you end up finding the right barber for your hair in the very end (after a year of rocking worst hairstyles).
You definitely don’t want that to happen with your hair. Do you?
Don’t worry! I have a solution for you. Look around. Who among your friends has the best hairstyle? Not just the hairstyle, but the haircut. You have to focus on the details, see the hair properly and analyze the quality of the cut. You can go to some stranger as well (one who has a good haircut) to ask about his barber.
Assuming that you’ve found the barber of your dreams, I want you to set a reminder for every 2-3 weeks. You need to visit the barber every 2-3 weeks. This will assure that your hair looks great throughout the year!

Guess what? I’ve done research about you. And what I found was really shocking and depressing as well.
Your friends told me that last year you started this online business of selling hydro-dyed sneakers. And your page was growing very fast. Tons of people were loving your work. The only thing that was not there was money.
But you only had to give 3-4 months to start making money off of that business. But you choose to quit. Why? Because you got bored. You got careless!
Maybe you were tired of posting on social media or designing (painting) sneakers that looked amazing! I don’t know the reason.
Chances are that you were too much excited at the start and maybe you had false expectations. You thought that it would take not more than a month or two to start making money online.
But thats not true. Making money or reaching any other goal can be quick for somebody. I know that John had done it in just a month. But everybody is different. Every case, market, scenario, is different. You just can’t compare yourself with any other person. I know that you started the same business and implemented the same categories but still, the results were not that pleasant.
Wait! The results were quite pleasant. You were growing quickly (not as quick as John but still your growth was quite good). All you needed was consistency and today you would have been making a couple of thousand dollars every single month! (maybe 6 figures. who knows?)
In this year of 2021, I want you to become more consistent. I have no doubts about your skills and capabilities. But guess what? Your inconsistency is ruining everything! And I hope that you fix this ASAP.
4: Negotiate every single time
Next in the list of Healthy Habits to Start in 2021/Habits for a Healthy, Successful and Sexier 2021 is “Negotiation”.
I had written a detailed article talking about negotiation and How you can negotiate like a Boss. In that article, I discussed some tips & tricks that you can use to get what you want at your price and conditions.
Negotiation is everywhere. Chances are that you want to become a master at bargaining and lowering the prices of goods or whatever it is. I know that sometimes it might look awkward to bargain and lower the prices when the prices are already very low. But at the end of the day, every extra dollar saved is going to help you in some other area.
Other benefits of negotiation include:
- It helps you in avoiding any future problems and conflicts. Once you are done discussing and talking through an issue (no matter what it is), you’ve kind of made your way silky smooth, and clear. However if you are bad at negotiation or if you prefer not to negotiate, you might end up facing a lot of problems later on. It’s better to learn and develop the habit of negotiating than to sit and cry
- Negotiation is going to help you make your relationships better. Be it with your family members, friends, or your better half. A man who does not know how to negotiate won’t be able to keep others happy because probably he won’t put himself in other people’s shoes. A man who knows how to negotiate knows that you need to find the right point and then find ways to get others to agree to this point.

5: Sleep 2-3 hours Early
In the first point of this article, we discussed the importance of waking up 2 hours early. But doing just that isn’t enough. In fact, doing that alone can hurt your appearance. How? Let’s talk about that.
Sleeping less than 7 hours can end up causing problems like:
- It can make you prone to obesity
- It can also cause depression
- Dark circles
- Premature wrinkles
You definitely don’t want all of this to happen to you. Do you? So yeah, you need to balance your sleep timings plus wake up early as well to grab all the benefits that we discussed in the first point. But How?
Sleep 2-3 hours early. But this mainly depends on when are you sleeping and how much time are you sleeping. If you are sleeping at 12 and waking up at 5 then this is a huge problem.
Sleeping at 12 and waking up at 6 is better however completing at least 7 hours of sleep every night is going to make you healthier (sleeping 7-8 hours ensure good testosterone levels), sexier (reduction in the dark circles), and successful (you can easily continue that 2 hours early wake up routine and hustle to reach the heights).
But make sure that don’t just go to the bed, lay down, and expect to have this time included in those 7-8 hours time period. You need good sleep in order to increase testosterone levels and have a healthier, sexier, and successful 2021.
Some Tips for Quality Sleep
- Increase Bright Light Exposure During the Day (Sun Light)
- Make a Routine. Sleep at 10, Wake-up at 5 (etc)
- Put away your Cell phone and Laptop in the evening
- Turn off All the Lights
- Sleep in a Quiet Place
- Lower the Temperature to Sleep Like a Baby
- Shower Before Going to Bed (An hour before)
- Check your Mattress. Make sure that your Pillows, Bed, and Mattress are Comfortable
6: Develop a Proper Skincare Routine
Next in the list of Healthy Habits to Start in 2021/Habits for a Healthy, Successful, and Sexier 2021 is “Proper Skincare Routine”.

- Washing your face twice a day (Once in the Morning and Once before going to the bed)
- Applying Moisturiser after every wash
- An eye cream before going to the bed can do wonders
- Apply vaseline on your lips to make them look 10 times better
- Exfoliate every 1-2 times a week
- Make sure that you have sunscreen on before leaving the house.
You need to make this a habit to follow this routine religiously. I know that it isn’t an easy task for a beginner. There will be days when you will look into the mirror and say to yourself, “Ahh.. I am seeing no progress. All of this is crap!”.
Wait! You’ve started doing this just about a month ago and you already want to look like a Hollywood superstar. Oh, come on! You need to keep doing this consistently in order to see results slowly.
And yes, I have also seen men who after seeing some results, become lazy thinking that they have achieved better skin already and they don’t need to be doing this routine thing on a consistent basis. Ahh. You are very wrong, my friend!
Guys! You need to develop the habit of following a proper skincare routine in order to see results. And don’t just stop because there is no limit to the improvement!
7: Be the First one to Network
By developing this habit you can literally change your life 360 degrees! This habit has the power to make your 2021, Healthier and Successful.
All I want you to do is to learn to be less awkward around people. And don’t hesitate to be the first one to greet, say Hi, and engage. But what is that going to do?
This will make you more confident (number 1). And it will help you know more people (number 2). More people means you will have multiple choices (number 3). You have plenty of options, a lot of people to choose from, to add to your list of friends (number 4).
Networking allows you to meet people from different areas. What if you end up finding somebody who grabs your hand to take you to the path of success? Maybe you end up finding a potential business partner? A Life partner maybe. Who knows?
In short, with the help of this habit, you can find better friends, may end up becoming more successful, good people means less toxicity which means less stress and that equals healthier you. What else can you ask for?
8: Think Twice before taking a Step
Next in the list of Healthy Habits to Start in 2021/Habits for a Healthy, Successful, and Sexier 2021 is “Think Twice before taking a Step”.
I Don’t know what step it is. Chances are you are going to buy this new Shirt that has a tag of $100. Chances are that you are going to buy this brand new car. Maybe you are planning to start this business. Maybe you are going to hand over the resignation to your boss.
Whatever the step is, I want you to think about it just once again. Are you sure about that? I know that sometimes thinking leads to overthinking and then you end up doing nothing.
And in that case, I would recommend you not to think twice. However, most of us make our decisions without even thinking about the Pros and Cons. My concerns with thinking once again are related to analyzing your decision and putting in front of you the benefits and losses, long-term effects, and your internal happiness connected to that decision. If this decision of yours passes these steps then go for it. If it makes you happy in the long run then go for it!
9: Forget the Negatives
Next in the list of Healthy Habits to Start in 2021/Habits for a Healthy, Successful, and Sexier 2021 is “Forget the Negatives”.
I know that it is hard for all of us to put the trauma (that has happened in our life recently or some time ago maybe) and keep hustling like we used to do before that incident.
“What makes you sad, deserves no place in your Life”
Thats it. Make this the motive of your Life. Negative things happen to all of us. We all are down at times but should that incident, negative memory, person, etc, stop us from progressing? Nah! Not at all. If it stops you then it needs to go away.
I want you to develop this habit of throwing away all the negativity that is stopping you from achieving what you want to achieve. Makes sense?
Results? This unique habit will ensure a healthy, successful, and sexy 2021 ahead. No Stress = Sexier yourself.
10: Learn to Say “YES”
The Entire Internet these days is filled with, “Learn to say No”. I get it. In fact, I’ve also told you the same exact thing about a million times.
But the excess of NO has reduced the love between people. Saying Yes to ourselves and No to others based on even a very minute thing is becoming a trend these days. And this has been a big problem, a hurdle between you and your success.
These days, we tend to make a mistake and start finding ways to justify it. We try to put it under the section of, “Put yourself first”. Guess what? Saying “NO” to something that is going to be very beneficial for your own self in the coming future is not an intelligent move.
I want you to analyze the situation and please do apologize where it’s actually your mistake. Learn to say YES to hardships given that, these hardships are going to prove beneficial for you in the near future. Saying NO is always an option and it does require a lot of confidence but don’t let your EGO and your chase of becoming more and more confident, stop you from progressing.
And also don’t put your mistake behind the “I won’t say Yes”. Learn to be a Man and accept your mistakes because you SHOULD!
11: Make yourself as Independent as you can
Next in the list of Healthy Habits to Start in 2021/Habits for a Healthy, Successful, and Sexier 2021 is “Make Yourself as Independent as you can”.
It’s less of a Habit and more of a Tip or a lesson. However, guess what? You need to keep repeating a tip or a lesson in order to make it a part of your personality.
Alright, so we are talking about learning to do stuff that is related to you. What could this stuff be?
It can include things like:
- Doing your bed
- Knowing how to cook your meal
- Making money for yourself
- Planning your future
In short, I want you to make this a habit of yours to learn and do all the things that are related to your own self. And what change will this bring into your life? It will make you independent (of course), you will be more skilled, organized, and destined to be successful. And when you will all your things yourself, you will definitely do research about all of the things.
You will look for better and healthy options as well. Don’t cook yourself quick meals (fast food). They are bad for your health and sexiness. You need to learn to do what’s best for you and not what’s going to slowly kill you and your sexiness. Makes sense?
12: Always Apply Fragrance before leaving the House
Do You want to smell bad? Do you want people to stay away from you when you pass by them?
I don’t know about you but I don’t want this to happen to you. In fact, I want you to smell like a boss. I want others to come to you and ask things like, “Damn! Which cologne is this? This is so amazing!”.
Yeah, there you are, the king, the boss, standing in front of them looking like a boss, smelling like a Ninja.
You need to be that guy who always smells good. This will not only make you more confident, boost your mood (a factor involved in making you successful) but will also influence the public’s behavior towards you. So yeah, develop this habit of never leaving your house without a fragrance on and you are going to be amazed by the results. Trust me!
13: A Day out with your Friends
Next in the list of Healthy Habits to Start in 2021/Habits for a Healthy, Successful, and Sexier 2021 is “A Day out with your Friends”.
I am a huge supporter of spending at least one day a week with your friends. And this whole day should include nothing but enjoyment. Drinks, Smoking? Nah. This can also develop into a habit so skip that. Is partying and having fun just about hookers, drinks, and smoking?
You can do much better than that. A Long drive or maybe a party at one of your friend’s house and a Barbecue session. A Movie maybe? There are plenty of options out there (I shall write a detailed article on this topic as well in the coming future).
This will not only release the stress but will also make sure that you do no end up burning out. You definitely don’t want to burn out and then skip this newly started online business of yours like you did last year. Do you? So yeah, include a weekly hangout with friends in your list of habits to start in 2021.
14: Do Not Hang out with Losers
Having Friends is a Blessing. These are the people who are with you in good and bad times. They help you get out of the problems and amplify your happiness by 10 times or more.
But In 2021 I want you to filter out your friends. You need to assign priority. And I am sorry to say but some of your friends do not deserve to be that close to you.
Just Look at them. You name the bad habits and they already have all of them. Each one of them doesn’t want to do anything in their life and they won’t let anyone else in the group do something good too.
And you are there sitting and hanging out with these people every single day. Then you go home and cry because you are not successful. Oops, what is the reason?
You are the reason. Your friends are the reason. Guess what? Leave them or stay down like what you are at the moment, forever. It’s your choice Now.
15: 40 Minutes of Walking, Jogging or Running
Next in the list of Healthy Habits to Start in 2021/Habits for a Healthy, Successful, and Sexier 2021 is “40 Minutes of Walking, Jogging or Running”.
There are plenty of benefits of going for a walk or for a jogging session (or running) every single day. Some of the benefits include
- By developing this habit you learn about consistency. It is hard but you are still doing it every single day. It teaches you about consistency.
- You will lose a lot of excess fat which will make you look good
- It will help lower your stress level as well. Less stress means more focus and concentration. And all of this equals you becoming, sexier, healthier, and more successful!
- When you see results your brain & body learn the importance of consistency.

16: Write it down before you do it
And last but not least in the list of Healthy Habits to Start in 2021/Habits for a Healthy, Successful, and Sexier 2021 is “Planning your day”.
Guys! Writing down your day, all the key components and important things to do throughout the day helps you achieve those targets without including overthinking in the whole process. When you overthink, you make things big and this leads to procrastination. AND YOU DON’T WANT THAT TO HAPPEN.
Write down your upcoming 2-3 days, all the tasks that you need to do, and mark them checked when you do those in the reality. It’s as simple as that.
This habit can increase your productivity which then helps you in becoming a much better, healthier, sexier, and very successful person in the near future.
